Vote...what?

vote (vōt) n.
-A formal expression of preference for a candidate for office or for a proposed resolution of an issue.
-the right to such expression: to give women the vote.
-The decision reached by voting, as by a majority of ballots cast
-a collective expression of will as inferred from a number of votes.
-an expression, as of some judgment

So there is this whole concept of democracy - For the people, by the people, to the people -amont 'We the people'. So we got the constitutional rights and duties. The most important among all to exercise - Right to Vote.

There are these rest of the countries wherein you dont know whos gonna rule u and worst - U got no choice either. So in fact it is a matter of pride and superiority for one to be actually able to allowed to be judgemental enough to chose the one whose gonna 'rule' not only him/her but also his/her fellows.

Thats absolutely and necessarily logical.
But then the whole all-so-good n positive logic goes for a toss at times. How ? Well few of us quite dont like the liberty, may be considering it just could be a responsibility altogether. So there could be real 'educated' youth from 'decent' families who wont even know when is the voting day gonna b. Not that they would forget when is the next James Bond release or when is some clumsy tele-serial's last episode.

Also among the movies, check out Kathleen kelly in you've got mail confessing that she's so not interested in politics dat she went for a manicure on the holiday during the general elections...

The jaago re campaign does gud work at 'waking' people up enough to vote...
